We are looking for a Restaurant Host/Hostess for our team in Amsterdam!

We are Sagardi Group, leaders in the hospitality industry with a reference international project, initially specializing in Basque cuisine and now diversified into other gastronomic concepts.

It is essential that you:

  • Have knowledge of the hospitality sector.
  • Have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Be customer-oriented, proactive, and adaptable

What will you do at Sagardi?

  • Manage organic reservations by phone and/or in-person at the restaurant.
  • Provide attention, advice, customer acquisition and retention, achieving excellence in service and customer loyalty while adhering to internal standards and procedures.
  • Assist during peak times in service.
  • You’ll be an even better candidate if you also:
  • Have previous experience in customer service and/or sales.
  • Have experience working with Cover Manager, El Tenedor (The Fork), and Ágora.
  • Have training in the gastronomic sector.
  • Have a good command of languages: Catalan, English, and Spanish. Other languages are a plus.
  • Have the ability to work in a team and possess strong communication skills.
  • Have immediate and full-time availability.
