We are looking for a Restaurant Host/Hostess for our team in Amsterdam!
We are Sagardi Group, leaders in the hospitality industry with a reference international project, initially specializing in Basque cuisine and now diversified into other gastronomic concepts.

It is essential that you:
- Have knowledge of the hospitality sector.
- Have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Be customer-oriented, proactive, and adaptable
What will you do at Sagardi?
- Manage organic reservations by phone and/or in-person at the restaurant.
- Provide attention, advice, customer acquisition and retention, achieving excellence in service and customer loyalty while adhering to internal standards and procedures.
- Assist during peak times in service.
- You’ll be an even better candidate if you also:
- Have previous experience in customer service and/or sales.
- Have experience working with Cover Manager, El Tenedor (The Fork), and Ágora.
- Have training in the gastronomic sector.
- Have a good command of languages: Catalan, English, and Spanish. Other languages are a plus.
- Have the ability to work in a team and possess strong communication skills.
- Have immediate and full-time availability.
